What do we offer?

• weekly cleaning and final cleaning when you move out (included in the price)
• 2-person, 3-person, 4-person, 5-person and 6-person flats (no mixing with other companies or guests)
• Rental and billing of the flats is always by the week and per bed (Monday to Monday, 7 days, an earlier arrival, e.g. on Sunday, is also possible).
• Flexible stay due to a weekly cancellation and extension right. Changes in the number of persons are also no problem
• Bookings of single flats are also possible. In this case, however, we charge for the 2nd bed.
• The rental prices include additional costs such as water / electricity / rubbish / cleaning and final cleaning and tourism tax in Hamburg (since 01.01.2023 a tourism tax per person and night is also due in Hamburg for overnight stays for professional reasons).
